A
clue object redeemed by
Team 6 of Series 3. Upon
dungeoneer Ross' arrival in the
Water Room on
Level 1, there was no apparent exit. With guidance from
Treguard, Ross used the rod to catch what turned out to be a doorway, and fish it out of the water. He was then able to leave the chamber. It has since been suggested that this could form the subject of an animated aquatic film: Finding Doory.
Ridolfo was seen with a fishing rod in the quest of
Team 6 of Series 6, during his short stint as a spellbound
Dunswater fisherman. And
Sylvester Hands was using one when encountered on his 'Day orf' by
Team 5 of Series 7.
